This week; Anthony Fenton is a journalist, independent researcher, and scholar currently completing post-graduate studies at York University. He is the co-author, with Yves Engler, of ‘Canada in Haiti: Waging War on the Poor Majority,’ and his articles on foreign policy have appeared at the Inter Press Service news agency, Asia Times Online, The Dominion, Foreign Policy in Focus, Mother Jones, and many other publications. Fenton has also conducted extensive research into the author’s and aims of the Responsibility to Protect doctrine.
